Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time vary by location:

  • Western United States:3-15 Business Days
  • Central United States:5-15 Business Days
  • Eastern United States:3-15 Business Days
  • Europe:25-35 Business Days
  • Southeast Asia:15-30 Business Days

Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for delivery to non-metropolitan and regional areas. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow extra time for delivery. Should there be any significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking details. Tracking information is typically updated within 48 hours.

If your tracking information has not been updated within 7 business days, please contact us at support@cybertake.com.

  • Canada & Mexico
    • From China (Domestic Air Freight): $230
    • Note: Direct air freight from China, tracking included.
  • Southeast Asia
    • Via Tmall Express: $70
    • Countries covered: Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, etc.
  • Europe
    • From China (Domestic Air Freight + DDP): $230

Shipping Information

Please ensure all the shipping information provided is correct. We are not responsible for losses, including:

  • Missing parcels,
  • Damaged packages
  • Delays
  • Other losses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Note: We do not ship to a P.O. Box, Parcel Collect locations or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Cybertake Support within 3 business days at support@cybertake.com.

While Cybertake is not responsible for losses or damages caused by the shipping carrier, we will assist you in contacting the carrier. Please retain all packaging and damaged items, as these may be required for filling a claim with the carrier.
